  • How to Join
 You need to open a Share (Savings) Account with a deposit of at least $5. To open an account visit the credit union on the 1st Floor of the Express-News Building at Avenue E and Third Street or call (210) 250-3333.

Bring your Social Security Card and Driver's License or government issued photo identification card as these items are required by Federal regulation to open an account at a financial institution.
